Our home is smoke free. I do have a small rescue dog but he is not allowed upstairs where my studio is located. We do not use perfumes, fragrances, air fresheners, or febreeze in our home. Packages can sometimes pick up fragrances on the outer surfaces from traveling in the mail system.

Please photograph both the item and the package and contact me through Etsy as soon as possible. Do not throw away the package or the item.

Contact me through Etsy AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please always double check your shipping address when shopping online. Most packages can be recovered even when already shipped but please be patient as it can take several weeks for the Post Office to return the package. Additional reshipping charges may apply. If a refund is chosen - refunds will only be made once the item is received back by the seller.

I generally ship within 24 hours of receiving an order provided that the Post Office is open, it's not a holiday, I'm not sick, or don't have a family emergency. If you want your item to ship super fast - please send me a message stating so and please verify your shipping address. I generally give buyers several hours to respond to my shipping address verification message before I go ahead and ship.

Sales tax will be collected by Etsy on all sales per state sales tax laws.

I am currently only shipping to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Customers may cancel within one hour of purchase.
